EPI uses the latest technologies to make the highest quality products for
your promotion. We combine this high level of technology with a labor force
that is specifically trained to maintain a high quality standard.
We start with your idea and it becomes a reality here in this room, our mold shop. We have 20 molding experts that use both hand metal tools and computerized tool and die machines to make your product molds.
After our mold makers have perfected the mold, your molds are taken to our plastic injection mold machines. We run these machines 24 hours a day so that we can meet your project deadline. We keep this factory very clean and believe that cleanliness helps our production capability at over 100,000 pens and products per day.
After your product pieces have been molded, they are taken to our assembly room where components(if needed) are put together into your final product. Quality control is present at each process. After our assembly, your products are boxed and taken to Port of your given method of transport in Shanghai.
In this printing room, we put your company's logo with advertising text (given art) on the products. We specialize in pad printing, screen printing, heat transfer printing and laser engraving.
