How can I be assured of high quality of the goods being produced?
- ANSWER:
We have many customers worldwide that have trusted us due to our honesty in business and through our Quality, On Time, and Service creed that we provide. On large orders, we encourage customers to be our guest in China, visit the factory and oversee your goods being produced. We also employ outside, unbiased workers in our factory to observe our strict quality control(QC) standards. We adhere to an age old policy that an American taught us few years ago: "The bitterness of poor quality lasts far longer than the sweetness of a cheap price."
We beleive you can have both a great high quality product at a fair market price from EPI.

What is your policy on samples?
- ANSWER:
Great news: Our samples are free!
But in order to send them to overseas locations, we just simply ask you to pay for the delivery charge. We work with Fedex, DHL, UPS and TNT here in China and will gladly send you samples via your account.

Can we add our own logo on your products?
- ANSWER:
Yes! We welcome OEM logo printing.
We have our own printing workshop with experienced engineer who specialize in pad printing, screen printing, heat transfer printing and laser engraving.
